1.What are my payment options?
We currently accept payment by credit card,
online check and Web 900 (billed to your telephone bill). All of the billing information can be found

2.Can I send payment directly to you?
Unfortunately we cannot accept payment directly as we have no way of
generating a subscription ID. Payment must go directly to our billing

3.Who is
Ibill/CCBill? On 08/01/02 we
set our primary billing processor to be Ibill for all credit card, online
check and Web 900 transactions. At that time we set CCBill as our
secondary processor for credit card and online check transactions (no
secondary Web 900 billing option at this time). Ibill has been processing
online payments since 1997 and have been developing telephone and internet
payment solutions since 1986!. Ibill's billing system allows for greater
flexibility on billing options, as well as provides an easy way for
subscribers to monitor and cancel their accounts. As with CCBill, all of
your billing information goes directly to Ibill via their SSL and is
stored on their secure servers. Your personal information is never
released or sold to anyone. You can read more on Ibill at

secondary billing company, CCBill, has been processing online payments
since 1998 and is fast becoming the leader in online payments. As with
Ibill, all of your billing information goes directly to the CCBill servers
via their SSL. CCBill never releases or sales your billing information

5.Will my billing information be placed on a mailing list?
No! Your billing information will never be placed on any mailing or
email lists. All of your information goes directly to CCBill via their SSL
and is stored on their secure servers. Back To Top
6.What name will appear on my credit card/online check/telephone statement?
Ibill transactions will appear as "Ibill" or
"Internet Billing Company". CCBill transaction will appear as "CCBill
Ltd". There will be no mention of the name of the website or spanking.

8.Will my subscription automatically renew?
If you joined by credit card or online check, for your convenience your subscription will
automatically renew every 30 days unless you email to cancel. If you
joined by Web 900 your subscription will not renew and will automatically end
after your initial 30 days. If you wish to continue your Web 900
subscription for more than 30 days you will need to join

9.How can I ensure I am only charged for 30 days and not renewed?
To ensure you are charged for 30 days only and not renewed, simply
cancel your subscription at least two business days prior to your

1.How long is my subscription valid?
If you joined by credit card for your
convenience your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days.
You can cancel at any time by following the steps outlined in #10 under
"Billing Answers". If you joined by Web 900 your subscription will not
renew and will end automatically after your initial 30 days. If you wish
to continue your Web 900 subscription after your initial 30 days you will need
to join again.

4.I have forgotten my subscription ID or
username/password, what do I do?
Your subscription ID and username/password can be found on the original Ibill
or CCBill email receipt sent

6.My Ibill subscription ID isn't working.
Occasionally there are problems with subscription ID's. These
problems can be related to the ID itself, the Ibill servers and/or the user's
internet connection. If the system does not allow you access with your
subscription ID, and you know the ID is valid, try disconnecting and
reconnecting your internet connection. If the problem is on the user's end
this will usually fix the problem. If this doesn't work you
can contact the Webmaster for support using the following form on our help

7.My Ibill username and/or password isn't working.
For the security of the site the Ibill username and password change often.
The only way to retrieve the new username and password when they change is to
login with your subscription ID. For this reason you should always login
with your subscription ID on the login screen.

8.My Web 900 PIN number cannot be activated.
Occasionally there are problems activating a Web 900 PIN #. These
problems can be related to the PIN itself, the Ibill servers and/or the user's
internet connection. If the system is reporting an error when you are
trying to activate a PIN #, and you know the PIN# is valid, first try
disconnecting and then reconnecting your internet connection. If the
problem is on the user's end this will usually fix the problem. If this
doesn't work you can contact the Webmaster for support using the

9.My credit card is being declined but I have plenty of credit and the address
information is correct. The most common reason for being declined by
CCBill or Ibill is having requested a
past refund or charge back through Ibill, not necessarily from our site.
Once you request a refund or charge back from CCBill or Ibill they no longer allow
sign-up's from the credit card or email address used. Your best bet is to
try another credit card as well as a different email address.

10.When trying to join by credit card I receive the error "The decline limit
has been reached". This is a security feature to help cut down on fraudulent charges.
This message will appear after three failed attempts to join by credit
card. These failed attempts are usually caused by incorrect billing
information being entered with the card number (address, name on card,
expiration date..etc). Make sure you are entering all of the billing
information with the card number as this information appears on your credit card
statement. The decline limit block is set for 24 hours, meaning once you
get this message you should not try to join again with the same credit card for
at least 24 hours. If after 24 hours you still can't join, and you are
sure all of the information you are entering is correct, you will need to
contact CCBill or Ibill customer support for assistance. You can email

you can find the Ibill
customer service number at www.ibill.com.

11.When trying to login by Subscription ID, or when trying to activate a Web 900
PIN #, my computer keeps searching for the page but it never comes up.
These problems have been reported from a few of
our Macintosh users. Unfortunately we have not found a cause or
solution for this issue. If you experience this problem and you are
trying to join the site there is not much we can do other than suggest you
try again later or try another payment option. If you experience
this problem after you have signed up and can't get back into the site,
use the following form on our help site to request support:

12.I am having trouble viewing a particular video.
First of all, make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer
installed as the default video player on your computer. If you do not have
RealPlayer you can get it at www.real.com.

13.My
CCBill username/password is not working.
Occasionally, there are problems with usernames and passwords. These
problems can be related to the id's themselves, the CCBill servers and/or
the user's internet connection. If the system does not allow you
access with your username and password, and you know the information is
valid, try disconnecting and reconnecting your internet connection.
If the problem is on the user's end this will usually fix the problem.

3.What do I need to view the videos online?
You will need the latest version of RealPlayer installed as your default
video player to view the videos. If you do not have RealPlayer you can get

installed you can view all of the videos simply by clicking on the link.

4.Can I download the images/videos to my hard drive and view them later offline?
Yes. You can download the pictures and videos for your
personal use only. Please do not use our images or videos on another
website.

5.Can I use your images/videos on my website?
NO! For the most part we do not allow our material to be used on
other websites. We have made exceptions to this rule for a select few
other spanking sites that we deem worthy enough to display our material.
This material is usually traded for like material, or a prominent link on the
site. USE OUR MATERIAL ON YOUR SITE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION AND WE WILL SEE
